Position:Customer Care Representative

Location:On-site (Aguascalientes)|Prol. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza #4200, Trojes de Alonso

Schedule:Monday to Friday | Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inquiries related to insurance policies and coverage
  • Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Interpret policy details and make informed decisions within defined authority limits
  • Communicate across multiple platforms while navigating internal systems
  • Document interactions and elevate unresolved cases when needed
  • Collaborate with departments like Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Support
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements
  • Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updates
🎯What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Fluent English
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Call Center experience highly desirable
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work across systems
  • Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday only
