• Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
• *Role Responsibilities
• To participate in the whole project lifecycle (Analysis, Design, Construction and Support phases)
• To participate on development conventions and standards definition.
• To work together with other teams in order to improve software quality at all levels (Devops, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis).
• To help junior level teammates to develop their skills.
• To improve current code quality by continuous refactor, unit testing and monitoring code quality metrics.
• To participate on agile ceremonies (Daily meetings, Planning Retrospective)
• To participate in user stories estimations
• To participate in the code review process.
• *Must Have Qualifications
• Strong experience with Adobe Commerce (certification is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (JS)
• Understanding of Front-End Optimization Best Practices (CWV – Core Web Vitals)
• English Advanced
• *Nice To Have Qualifications
• Experience with React or similar frameworks
• Spanish proficiency
