• *Technical Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in software frontend development
• 5+ years development experience on the Force.com platform
• Must possess and verify an Active Salesforce Advanced Developer OR Platform Developer II Certification.
• Must have strong Lightning Web Components (LWC) expertise with advanced JavaScript/front-end engineering skills, including component architecture, @wire data flow, event handling, reactivity/state management, and building complex form-driven UX in Lightning Experience
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications via Heroku, MuleSoft, Apex callouts.
• Solid understanding of OAuth, REST, events streaming (Pub/Sub, CDC) and messaging queues.
• Leveraged AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, or Windsurf to accelerate coding
• Contributions to AI-driven Salesforce proof-of-concepts or pilots would be plus.
• Supports Salesforce DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated deployments, and tooling (Salesforce DevOps, Copado, Gearset)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
