Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Django, Vue, Next.js)

Location: US Time Zone Preferred, Remote Acceptable

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a deep understanding of Django, and proficiency in Vue.js and Next.js.

In this role, you will work on creating scalable, high-quality software solutions that integrate our backend services with seamless front-end experiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to develop new features and improve existing functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain our backend services using Django, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Frontend Development: Create interactive, responsive user interfaces with Vue and Next.js (React) that align with product requirements.

Database Management: Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality, readability, and performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Django: Deep understanding and experience with the Django framework, including Django ORM, views, and templates.

Proficiency in Vue.js: Strong skills in building dynamic, component-based user interfaces with Vue.js.

Next.js (React): Advanced experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation using React.

JavaScript & TypeScript: Solid experience with JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript.

HTML/CSS: Strong skills in building responsive layouts and implementing web standards.

API Development: Experience with RESTful API design and integration.

Version Control: Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.

Preferred Skills

Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.

Docker/Kubernetes: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools.

CI/CD: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices.

Testing Frameworks: Experience with Jest, Cypress, or other testing frameworks.
