Full Stack Engineer

We are partnering with a leading healthcare IT security company to build a cloud-native SaaS product from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for full-stack developers with strong Java and React experience to work in a modern, collaborative, and agile environment.

• *Job Responsibilities**

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play an active role throughout the software development lifecycle to build robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions. Your main activities will include:

• Develop and maintain new features for web applications using React (frontend) and Java with Spring Boot (backend)
• Implement responsive and accessible UI designs using CSS, based on Figma mockups
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and gRPC services, using OpenAPI for API documentation and validation
• Fix bugs and refactor existing code to improve performance, readability, and maintainability
• Work with Docker for local development and containerization
• Contribute to systems built on microservices architecture and the Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) pattern
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, and QA Engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues in development and production environments using tools like Dynatrace
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
• *Must-Have Skills
• 2–3 years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles
• Proven experience with React, Java, Spring Boot
• Strong skills in CSS, HTML, JavaScript and modern UI frameworks
• Familiarity with Node.js, SQL, GitHub Actions, and Docker
• Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and OpenAPI
• Understanding of microservices architecture and the BFF pattern
• Basic knowledge of Dynatrace or similar application monitoring tools
• Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, and data structures
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or front-end technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native tools
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices (a11y) and UI design patterns
