*Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Full-Stack Applications: Design, develop, and integrate robust, scalable business applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js
Backend Architecture: Create and manage backend services, including RESTful APIs and microservices, utilizing AWS services and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Step Functions, AppSync, EventBridge)
Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain both relational and non-relational databases, including ORM management
DevOps and Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD for build, test, and deployment automation
Infrastructure as Code & Orchestration: Utilize Kubernetes and Terraform for deploying and managing containerized applications
Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations using GraphQL and REST APIs
Team Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile team activities, code reviews, and cross-functional knowledge sharing in a Lite Agile environment
Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to the team’s growth and best practices
*Requirements:**
5+ Years of Experience: Proven experience building modern web applications in a full-stack and backend capacity
Frontend Proficiency: JavaScript/TypeScript with React.js
Backend Expertise: Node.js, Next.js, Java (Spring framework experience is a plus)
API Integration: Hands-on experience with GraphQL and REST
Cloud & Serverless: Hands-on experience of AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, AppSync, EventBridge) and serverless computing
Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SQL, NoSQL, and ORMs
Infrastructure & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitLab CI/CD
Experience with Claude AI or any AI Tools.
Communication: Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Adaptability: Openness to working with various other programming languages and evolving technologies
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and guiding technical teams
