We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Lead (Java, Python, AWS) with Advanced English Skills (B2/C1) – Full-Time Position .

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications and APIs using modern cloud-native architectures
• Lead full-stack development initiatives across backend services, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Build and optimize REST APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and Python
• Drive technical leadership , mentoring engineers and guiding best practices and design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions
• Contribute to cloud-native development on AWS and support CI/CD and automation initiatives
• Support production releases, troubleshooting, and performance optimization

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Python
• Solid experience in API development & Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments
• Proven experience in technical leadership / Tech Lead / Staff Engineer roles
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architectures
• Advanced English communication skills (B2/C1 required)
• Frontend experience with React or Angular
• Experience with Go (Golang)
• Knowledge of API management tools (e.g., Gravitee)
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation frameworks
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
