Full Stack Software Developer

Flo Networks (former Transtelco) is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico.

We provide voice and data services to Fortune ** companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 13,000 miles between both countries.

We have an immediate need for a Full Stack Software Developer.

This position will be based in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico in a hybrid flex working model.

The Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to create and implement functional software.

You will work with other developers and product managers throughout the software development life cycle in an agile environment.

The Responsibilities

• Create clean, efficient and well-documented code based on specifications.
• Evaluate and implement programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and update existing software.
• Collect and evaluate feedback from Product / Project Manager and other internal resources.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reports.

The Requirements**

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience developing in Netsuite.
• Experience with SSH, Github and LAMP stacks.
• UI / UX experience is a plus.
• APIs: Knowledge of integration with REST APIs.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in web-oriented programming languages (eg JavaScript, Ruby, Python, PHP, C#) and frameworks and systems (eg RoR, Django, Flask, VueJS,NodeJS).
• Extensive knowledge and experience with SQL.
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
