Fullstack Java Engineer

Position: Senior Software Engineers (Fullstack)

Location: Mexico - Fully Remote

Duration: 1 year contract, full time with Insight Global

Compensation: 60,000 - 75,000 pesos monthly

Interview Process: 1 round

MUST HAVES:

• 4-6 years working as a full stack Software Engineer
• Heavier on the backend but open to any split
• Java (Any version)
• Proficiency with writing APIs and services
• React/Typescript
• Any cloud infrastructure
• GCP, AWS, Azure
• Leveraging AI tools
• Ex: Copilot, Gemini, ect
• Handle the problem solving and recognizing issues with code
• Spec driven development
• Utilizing and managing multiple agents at once (2 minimum)
• Grooming stories with AI
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills

• Retail industry experience

Day to Day

An Insight Global Fortune 500 retail client is looking for a talented Senior Fullstack Engineer to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate should have senior level engineering experience and be comfortable working within an enterprise level environment and complex domains. This candidate should expect to be working on and contributing to net new development on various store technology-focused projects and initiatives throughout the year.

The technology stack is Java 17 and React with a heavier focus on backend development.
