We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineer to own the implementation phase of our Data Governance program.

In this role, you will have absolute ownership of the end-to-end data journey: from ingesting raw data out of core systems into a landing zone, through transformation layers, to the final KPIs consumed by business stakeholders. Data Ingestion &

• Pipelines: Design and build robust ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest data from multiple sources (core banking, mortgage origination, payment processors, and external REST APIs). Implement and maintain Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers on Azure . Data Modeling &
• Transformation: Write clean, maintainable transformation logic using Python, SQL, and Spark , building KPI definitions directly from DDR specifications. BI &
• Analytics: Develop and maintain high-performing Power BI dashboards and reports connected to your modeled data. Quality &
• Governance: Implement basic data quality checks and monitoring at each pipeline stage, ensuring data lineage and proper technical documentation.

Experience: 3+ years of experience building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (PySpark is a major plus). Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory , or Microsoft Fabric .
