Functional Consultant

Job Title: SAP Functional Support Consultant – FI / MM / PP (Onsite) Location: Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico (Candidates from Monterrey, Saltillo, or nearby areas encouraged to apply) Engagement Type: Contract – 3 months (possible extension) Start Date: April 1, 2026 Hours: Full-time onsite (5 days/week) About the Role: We are seeking 3 SAP Key Users / Functional Support Consultants (FI, MM, and PP) to support an SAP implementation project at a manufacturing plant in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. This role is primarily hands-on functional support and user enablement , working closely with end users, resolving SAP issues, and acting as a bridge between the plant team and the SAP implementation partner. This is a short-term, onsite contract role, ideal for professionals who enjoy end-user support, training, and SAP process guidance during a live implementation .

Key Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for SAP FI, MM, or PP transactions during implementation Assist in resolving basic SAP issues related to master data and business processes Support user training and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth SAP adoption Act as a Key User / Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned module (FI, MM, or PP) Support integration between SAP and other plant systems Work closely with SAP implementation partners to ensure process alignment Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support plant operations Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of hands-on SAP experience in FI, MM, or PP Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC preferred Strong understanding of SAP business processes in: Finance (FI), Procurement / Inventory (MM), Production Planning (PP) Experience supporting end users or acting as a Key User / Power User Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues efficiently Spanish (required) ; English is a plus Willingness to work onsite full-time in Ramos Arizpe Strong communication and collaboration skills
