This role is ideal for a hands-on Qlik expert with strong experience in: QlikView to Qlik Sense migrations NPrinting modernization Data modeling and ETL optimization Enterprise reporting environments Performance tuning and governance You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise reporting teams to ensure successful migration, optimization, and stabilization of critical reporting platforms.
Experience within highly regulated enterprise environments such as banking or financial services is highly valued. What You'll Be Doing QlikView to Qlik Sense Migration Analyze existing QlikView applications, scripts, and data models to assess migration readiness Convert legacy QlikView dashboards, ETL scripts, and reports into modern Qlik Sense applications Redesign UI/UX components leveraging Qlik Sense best practices and responsive capabilities Rebuild and optimize data models using Qlik Sense architecture standards Validate data accuracy and ensure business logic consistency post-migration Optimize application performance, reload schedules, and scalability NPrinting Modernization Migrate legacy QlikView NPrinting reports into Qlik Sense-compatible NPrinting environments Rebuild and validate Excel, CSV, PDF, and pixel-perfect reports Redesign reporting templates aligned with updated branding and enterprise standards Configure publishing schedules, recipient security, and report distribution tasks Troubleshoot compatibility, connectivity, and performance issues during migration Governance, Security & Quality Implement Section Access and Qlik Sense security rules Ensure governance standards and compliance with audit/SOX requirements Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT while resolving migration defects Create and maintain technical documentation, data lineage, and migration artifacts Support deployment activities and post-production stabilization Must-Have Qualifications 5–7 years of experience working with Qlik technologies Strong experience migrating QlikView applications to Qlik Sense Hands-on experience migrating legacy NPrinting reports to modern Qlik Sense-compatible NPrinting Strong expertise in Qlik scripting and data modeling: QVDs Incremental loads Joins ETL optimization Data transformations Experience with: Qlik Sense security rules Section Access QMC (Qlik Management Console) Strong SQL knowledge: Oracle SQL Server Snowflake Other relational databases Understanding of: Data warehousing concepts ETL processes Performance tuning and optimization Experience working in enterprise or large-scale reporting environments Fluent English and Spanish communication skills Nice to Have Experience within Santander Group or banking/financial services environments Exposure to SOX, audit, or regulatory reporting controls Experience with deployment/version control best practices Previous experience in enterprise migration or modernization programs
