Responsibilities:

• Support and performst du time studies in order to get the real cycle time and also detect at the same time through an analysis the potential improvements on the operation.
• Develops and maintains update the necessary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.) when is needed.
• Participe on the improvement projects (Kaizen, lean system, VPS projects, 6 sigma, etc.)
• Interacts with production department to develop a better method that helps the operator to reach a efficient process and meets the customer requirements.
• New projects responsibility:
• Works with the engineering team about the time studies that needs to be performed to define the production rates and process methods.
• Perform time studies to obtain the real cycle time, work combination sheet, Lay out and perform operation analysis Looking since the beginning potential improvements.

Qualifications:

• Student of industrial Engineering or Similar.
• General knowledge in quality systems and process engineering.
• Reports elaboration using Office software.
