Integration Engineer - Python Developer

Experience Required: 5+ years

• English Level: Advanced/Fluent English (B2-C1) - Mandatory
• Work Modality: Remote (only LATAM residents in Latam)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable system integrations.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Define data mappings, transformation logic, and synchronization strategies.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver reliable integrations.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Integration Engineer.
• Strong experience with Python (Django is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architectures and Batch Processing.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging best practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
• Advanced/Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building developer platforms or public APIs.
• Experience integrating with CRM, RMS, PMS, or Property Management platforms.
• Experience with financial reconciliation or accounting systems.
• Experience in PropTech, Multifamily, or Property Management industries.
• Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
