• What will help you succeed:
• 7+ Years of proven hands-on Software Development experience working with the latest versions of Java as the main programming language and familiarity using functionalities like Lambdas.
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Experience in developing applications using at least one popular framework (Spring, Hibernate).
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Experience designing and developing microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
• Cloud experience: AWS (EC2, CloudWatch), Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, OpenID Connect (or identity protocols), database technologies (DynamoDB, SQL or NoSQL databases), caching and performance strategies (Redis).
• Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging systems).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar tools).
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools.
• Experience optimizing performance and troubleshooting high-availability systems.
• Experience defining software architecture, technical standards and guiding engineering teams in architectural decisions.
• Experience as a Team Lead or Technical Lead mentoring development teams.
• Advanced English skills.
• Previous experience working in banking projects is a plus!
