Java Backend Engineer- Production Support

Required experience- Min 4+ years Required experience and responsibilities:

Experience in building, developing or supporting Java backend applications.

Develop Java based rest API, sound knowledge of microservices principles.

Provide L2/L3 support for Java / Spring Boot microservices in a production environment

Own incident triage, deep-dive troubleshooting, RCA, and resolution for P1 / P2 / P3 issues

Work with AI-assisted monitoring and intelligent diagnostics to reduce MTTR Troubleshoot complex issues across:

-REST APIs & Microservices

-Messaging systems (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ)

-SQL & NoSQL databases
