Java Developer - Hybrid Role in Toluca
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and Agile delivery processes.
- Contribute to documentation, technical analysis, and sprint deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Java Developer, Backend Developer, or Software Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Java and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of RESTful services, version control, and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model, attending the office in Toluca 3 days per week.
- English proficiency is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise-level projects.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools, unit testing, or DevOps practices.
- Experience with tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, or Docker.
Work Model
- Hybrid position: 3 days per week onsite in Toluca.
- Client: Financial services / banking sector.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50, - $90, per month
