• Tech Stack:
• Strong Ruby on Rails, ideally comfortable with some React Native.
• Projects: o Building new API's that will interact with our Customer Support Chatbot o sending additional information to make the CS/User experience smoother. Familiarity with chatbots is a plus. o Integration with Persona (ID verification tool that we already use) to o send profile photos from Taskrabbit to Persona and verify that the photo matches the Gov't ID that was previously provided. Familiarity with 3rd party integrations a plus.
