Java Fullstack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale the platform that powers the future of real estate. You will work across the entire stack — from React frontends to Java and Node.js backend services — owning features end-to-end and shipping software that agents and consumers rely on daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack, from React UI to backend services and data layers
• Collaborate on a distributed team, contributing through code review, architectural discussions, and the agile process
• Take ownership of critical parts of the codebase, ensuring stability, performance, and extensibility
• Help establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
• De-risk product development by delivering new features while preventing regressions through comprehensive testing
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical growth
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, and technical decisions clearly to stakeholders and teammates
