Java/React Engineer

osition: Java React Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full Stack Java Engineer with strong experience in Java, React, Kafka, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the backend and frontend and have hands-on experience building distributed systems using Kafka and AWS services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and React .
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data .
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .
• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka .
• Develop Kafka producers and consumers, manage topics, partitions, consumer groups, and message processing.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications running on AWS .
• Work with AWS services such as EKS/ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, SQS/SNS , and related cloud services.
• Develop highly available and fault-tolerant distributed applications.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Skills

Backend

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ / Java 17+ .
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and REST APIs .
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture .
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Java collections.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or DynamoDB .

Frontend

• Strong experience with React .
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS .
• Experience with React hooks, state management, reusable components, and REST API integration.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build and testing tools.

Kafka

• Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka .
• Experience developing Kafka producers and consumers using Java/Spring Kafka.
• Understanding of topics, partitions, offsets, consumer groups, replication, and message delivery semantics.
• Experience troubleshooting Kafka-based distributed systems.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing.

AWS / Cloud

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS .
• Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS.
• Knowledge of services such as EKS/ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, SQS, and SNS .
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes .
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud-based deployment pipelines.
