This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Java, Backend Architecture, RESTful APIs, and gRPC , combined with hands-on experience in databases, distributed messaging, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.

A key aspect of this role is practical Java Concurrency and Multithreading expertise , particularly the ability to identify, prevent, and resolve thread safety issues, race conditions, and deadlocks in real-world applications.

💻 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of a unified framework for services , promoting scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Build and integrate services using RESTful APIs and gRPC .
• Work with PostgreSQL and Cassandra to support application data requirements.
• Implement and maintain caching and messaging solutions using R edis and Kafka .
• Develop and support containerized services and cloud integrations using AWS (S3).
• Contribute to CI/CD workflows , improving build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Design and maintain concurrent Java applications, ensuring proper handling of thread safety, race conditions, and deadlocks .
• Investigate complex backend issues, troubleshoot production problems, and implement sustainable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams on technical design, development, and architectural decisions.
• Take ownership of engineering tasks, from technical investigation through implementation and deployment.

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of professional Software Engineering experience , with a strong background in Backend Development.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Java in production environments.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and gRPC services.
• Strong understanding of Backend Architecture, service design, and scalable systems.
• Practical experience working with PostgreSQL and Cassandra .
• Familiarity with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, and service communication.
• Experience with AWS , particularly S3 .
• Experience developing or maintaining containerized services, including Docker or equivalent technologies.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD workflows and automated deployment processes.
• Strong practical knowledge of Java Concurrency and Multithreading, including proven experience handling thread safety, race conditions, and deadlocks.
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and technical communication abilities.
• Professional English proficiency for collaboration with international teams.
