As a Java Software Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across back-end technologies.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing Java applications, with the ability to work across different technologies and programming languages depending on project requirements.
• Designs and develops complex software applications and REST APIs, applying clean code principles, design patterns, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with Java frameworks and technology implementations, selecting appropriate tools and approaches to solve technical and business requirements.
• Strong understanding of databases and database design, including how applications interact with databases and other technology platforms.
• Hands-on experience with testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and monitoring applications, including resolving production issues within established SLAs.
• Experience working on complex projects in production environments, participating in code reviews, identifying system inefficiencies, and implementing technical improvements and solutions.
• Advanced English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and technical stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications and APIs, ensuring solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Apply software design principles, data structures, design patterns, and programming best practices to build clean, maintainable, optimized, and modular code.
• Develop, test, debug, and monitor applications across development and production environments, resolving issues within established SLAs.
• Analyze system architecture, application dependencies, databases, and technology platforms to design effective and scalable solutions.
• Lead code reviews and technical discussions, helping define code evolution and mentoring junior engineers to improve team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify technical and business problems, evaluate solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies across code, systems, and processes, contribute to root cause analyses (RCAs), and communicate technical initiatives and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
