As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of IT projects. Your role will include overseeing daily tasks such as code reviews, developing proof of concepts, providing technical coaching, identifying and addressing project risks, and fostering effective communication and collaboration among project teams.

In addition, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business and application requirements. Required skills include Core Java development, the Spring framework.
