Your role In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Managing a team of 4 direct reports
• Overseeing on-premise infrastructure including servers, storage, and backup systems
• Coordinating infrastructure issues and supporting product teams
• Handling P1/P2 incidents within SLA and monitoring system health
• Managing vendor relationships and service level compliance
• Supporting business initiatives through infrastructure planning and optimization

Your profile

• 10+ years of IT/IS experience, including 5 years in ITIL, multi-vendor environments, and technical specialization
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and on-premise infrastructure
• Experience with Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• Excellent analytical, management, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (advanced technical degree is a plus)
• Ability to communicate technical issues effectively to management and peers
