Junior Full Stack Developer (Node.js / Mobile / AI tools)

Clivi is the first digital clinic in Mexico focused on helping patients manage chronic conditions, specifically obesity and diabetes, two of the most pressing health challenges in Latin America.

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer who will help build and improve the digital experience for our patients, working across both mobile applications and backend services.

You will work closely with the engineering team to develop features that patients use every day, such as appointment scheduling, messaging, and access to their health information.

On the backend, you will collaborate on services built with Node.js running on Google Cloud, including APIs, integrations, and data flows that power our applications.

You will also work with AI-assisted development tools, helping accelerate coding, documentation, and testing while developing the technical judgment needed to validate and improve AI-generated output.

🛠 What You'll Do

• Support the development of new features for our patient-facing mobile applications
• Collaborate in building and maintaining backend APIs and services using Node.js
• Implement user interfaces using cross-platform mobile frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar
• Work with data models and API endpoints to ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency and productivity
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the engineering team to improve code quality
• Help identify and troubleshoot bugs or performance issues
• Contribute to implementing automated tests to ensure software quality

🎯 What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in software development or equivalent experience (internships, personal projects, freelance work)
• Familiarity with a cross-platform mobile framework such as React Native, Flutter, or similar
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and data handling in web or mobile applications
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control
• Interest in working with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment

• Basic familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services
• Academic or practical experience developing mobile applications
• Experience using AI development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar
• Interest in building technology products focused on healthcare
