About our partner: A global leader in premium kitchen technology is seeking an Entry-Level Program Manager, Product Development, to support cross-functional product initiatives from concept through launch. Known for its commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and consumer trust, the company designs and manufactures products used in millions of kitchens across domestic and international markets.
The Program Manager (T2) supports product development projects by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams. This role focuses on project organization, documentation, communication, and execution support rather than full project ownership.

What You'll Do
- Support product development projects by tracking scope, schedule, and key milestones
- Assist in maintaining project plans and documentation throughout the product lifecycle
- Help coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items
- Support the application of the company’s Stage-Gate product development process
- Assist with prototype build coordination and basic schedule tracking
- Compile and organize project data, including cost, quality, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure alignment
- Support status reporting and communication to stakeholders
- Contribute to post-project reviews and documentation updates
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or a related role
- Internship or academic exposure to product development environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Basic understanding of product development or manufacturing processes preferred

- Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit up to 8 hours per day, with walking and standing required frequently
- Visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, and reading documents, reports, and emails.

- Amount of Travel Required:
- Up to 10% travel required.
