About the Role:Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python- Support systems-level initiatives to improve scalability, observability, and resilience- Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations that power core products- Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact features- Contribute to the evolution of backend architecture and cloud infrastructureRequirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 1-3 years of experience as a Software Engineer- Strong experience developing backend systems in Python- Solid understanding of infrastructure, systems design, and cloud-native tooling- Familiarity with SQLand modern data tools- Proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of technical challengesPreferred Experience:
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, or DBT- Exposure to AI/ML, especially in production environments- Willingness to assist occasionally with internal IT tasks (e.g., device setup, basic troubleshooting)Tech Stack:
