Job Title: L2/L3 Application Support Engineer (Java, AWS, Splunk, SOA)
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilledL2/L3 Application Support Engineer with strong experience in production support, Java debugging, AWS Cloud, SOA architecture and Splunk
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling
P1/P2 incidents
, leading bridge calls, and working withinITIL-based support environments
.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
- Troubleshoot and resolve
P1/P2 incidents
, ensuring minimal downtime.- Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor applications using
- Debug and analyze
- Support and troubleshoot
.
- Perform
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and document post-incident reports.- Follow
ITIL processes
(Incident, Problem, Change Management).- Work closely with development and infrastructure teams for permanent fixes.
- Ensure SLA adherence and continuous service improvement.
