We at Coforge are seeking “AI Lead Developer” with the following skill-set:

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development (60%)

• Design and implement AI-powered solutions including chatbots, agents, and automation workflows using Cursor, Python, OutSystems and modern AI frameworks
• Build and deploy production-grade AI systems leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, open-source models)
• Develop workflow-to-agent conversion systems with subagent architectures using AI Mentor, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Implement fine-tuning strategies and vector database solutions to optimize AI response quality and reduce token costs
• Create and maintain enterprise MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and orchestration systems
• Build data pipelines and integrations with enterprise systems (ADO, Confluence, GitHub, internal APIs)
• Write clean, maintainable, production-quality code following best practices and design patterns

AI Systems & Architecture (25%)

• Contribute to system design discussions and architectural decisions for AI initiatives
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, PGVector, etc.)
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure quality

Collaboration & Enablement (15%)

• Work closely with Business Analysts to implement KPI tracking and ROI measurement frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support AI tool adoption initiatives across the organization
• Mentor intermediate developers on AI best practices and implementation techniques
• Document technical implementations, workflows, and integration patterns

Key Projects:

• Unit test agent for Test Driven Development
• Consumer IT chatbot with ADO/Confluence knowledge base integration
• Note-taker agent for meeting and email aggregation across projects
• Automated data mapping agent leveraging GitHub integrations
• Workflow automation conversions using intelligent agents
• Knowledge store optimization and fine-tuning implementations

Required Skills:

• Strong Python development experience
• Deep understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering)
• Experience with AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
• Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architecture patterns
• RESTful API development and integration experience
• Understanding of MLOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, testing, monitoring)
• Can independently own features from requirements through deployment
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or AWS Bedrock models
• Knowledge of enterprise software development in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare)
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Experience with agent orchestration and multi-agent systems
• Background in data engineering or ETL processes
