We are looking for a seasoned

• *Lead DevOps Engineer**

to spearhead containerization and automation efforts in our on-prem/private cloud ecosystem.

You will work closely with multiple teams to design, implement, and secure scalable DevOps solutions leveraging industry-leading tools. Join us to shape robust container platforms and help deliver high-performance infrastructure to our clients.

• *Responsibilities
• Design automated deployment and configuration management solutions using Ansible
• Operate and support Docker Swarm clusters in production environments
• Provide technical guidance to teams on containerization best practices
• Lead containerization initiatives and serve as subject matter expert
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment workflows
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of containerized systems
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions for operational readiness
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for smooth delivery
• Apply security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex DevOps and container platform issues
• *Requirements
• 5+ years experience in DevOps engineering with focus on container platforms
• Proven leadership experience in technical implementation and consulting
• Track record in managing multiple containerization projects
• Strong background in Docker and Linux in enterprise environments
• Proficiency with Mirantis container runtime or Mirantis Kubernetes Engine
• In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, TLS, and firewalls
• Expertise in designing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with monitoring and logging stacks
• Security-first mindset with hands-on secure DevOps implementation
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Clear and effective communication abilities
• English language proficiency B2 — Upper-Intermediate

• Experience developing .NET applications
• Operational knowledge of SQL Server deployment and maintenance
