We are seeking a
- *Lead Python Engineer**
This role involves accountability for code quality, reliability, and precision, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to create impactful technical solutions.
- *Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of complex features and components from implementation to production
- Design robust solutions with clear interfaces and long-term maintainability
- Identify and address technical and operational risks proactively
- Ensure thorough testing, reliability, and deployment readiness for deliverables
- Review code and designs to elevate team-wide quality and consistency
- Collaborate with business and investment stakeholders to understand requirements and convey clear technical decisions
- *Requirements
- Significant experience building and operating production software systems
- Strong technical design skills with a methodical problem-solving approach
- Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and tradeoffs to diverse audiences
- Ownership mindset with a focus on accountability for outcomes
- Background in enabling credit investment decision-making processes
- Expertise in Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service, Amazon Web Services, Python, FastAPI, Next.js, and GitHub Actions
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- *Nice to have
- Familiarity with Snowflake
