Break down functional requirements into detailed technical user stories.

Guide architecture decisions and enforce coding standards.

Conduct code reviews and ensure test coverage and quality.

Serve as the technical escalation point for complex issues.

8+ years of software development experience.

2–3+ years in a Technical Lead capacity.

Strong backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

Exposure to Core Java (legacy support).

Strong hands-on AWS experience (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS, SNS/SQS, CloudWatch).

Experience designing REST APIs.

Experience with PostgreSQL.

Experience with automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Mocha, Jest).

Strong English communication skills.

Experience leading nearshore or distributed teams.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Experience in customer-facing enterprise applications.

Strong communicator and organized leader.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Proactive problem-solver.

Strong ownership mindset.
