We are currently seeking a bilingual Lead Java Developer, with advanced English skills (B2/C1) for a full-time position.

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid work model).

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of hands‑on professional experience with Java (J2EE / Java 8+).
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and high‑performance REST API development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure (cloud‑native deployments, IAM, networking, observability).
• Advanced proficiency with Oracle Database and complex SQL queries / performance tuning.
• Experience working with Kafka and/or NATS for event‑driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Redis, Cassandra, or other distributed NoSQL databases.
• Experience with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or ELK.
• Strong understanding of SOLID, DRY, Clean Architecture, and design patterns.
• Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and setting engineering standards.
