We are looking for a skilled Lead Python Developer to become part of our organization.
This role offers the chance to tackle complex projects and work alongside a wide range of talented professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in building effective solutions and deepening your knowledge of current software engineering practices.
Build and maintain backend systems utilizing modern Python technologies
Contribute to the design of robust and scalable system infrastructures
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement new functionalities and improvements
Identify and resolve technical challenges and performance bottlenecks
Write clean, well-structured code that meets established quality guidelines
Take part in technical meetings and assist with project coordination
Promote continuous education and foster knowledge exchange among team members
At least 5 years of practical experience with Python, including backend work with FastAPI and Django
Solid background in React and TypeScript for developing dynamic user interfaces
Experience with PostgreSQL for designing and managing databases
Proficient in Docker for packaging and deploying applications
Strong focus on automated testing, covering both unit and integration scenarios
Background in agile environments, contributing to large-scale, mission-critical initiatives
Team-oriented approach, regularly participating in code reviews and collaborative development
Acquainted with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence for organizing projects and documentation
Knowledge of cloud-based tools such as S3, Lambda, AWS AKS, and CloudWatch for managing cloud infrastructure
Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or above), both verbal and written
Practical experience with GitHub Actions for workflow automation and CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of how to connect Jira with GitHub for efficient project oversight
Familiarity with DevOps practices to enhance development and operational workflows
Background in financial domains or Treasury, including payment processing, wire transfers, reconciliations, and cash flow management
