Requirements
Primary Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in database management, administration, and performance optimization
Must have expertise in building, configuring, securing, and managing MySQL to ensure optimal performance
Experience in large-scale cloud deployments with expertise in AWS, with Azure or GCP as a bonus
Proficiency in cloud-native database technologies like RDS and Aurora.
Advanced knowledge of database security, backup, recovery, replication, and performance monitoring
Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB would be an added advantage
Basic exposure to configuration management tools like Chef/Puppet
Familiarity with Terraform for database changes
Experience with using GitHub for version control and collaboration
Relevant certifications in database administration, automation, or related fields are beneficial
