Loan Processing Associate (Entry-Level) We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented recent grads who want to break into the real estate and lending world. No prior mortgage experience required — just the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. What You’ll Do (Hands-On) Work directly on real loan files from start to finish Review borrower documents (income, assets, credit, etc.) Help organize and prepare files for underwriting Communicate with clients to collect missing items Learn how deals are structured and approved Support the team in getting loans closed quickly and smoothly What You’ll Learn How mortgage deals actually get done (not just theory) How to analyze income, assets, and credit The full lifecycle of a real estate transaction How to work with underwriters, escrow, and lenders ✅ What We’re Looking For Recent college graduate or early in your career Strong attention to detail Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Good communication skills Hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Bonus (Not Required) Interest in real estate, finance, or investing Fluent in both Spanish and English is REQUIRED Why This Role is Different You won’t just be doing busy work — you’ll be in the middle of real deals , learning skills that can lead to: Loan Officer Underwriter Real Estate Investor Operations Manager
