Technical Skills

• 7+ años de experiencia en ETL, ELT para tratamiento de datos (ingestión, transformaciones, modelado, consumo)
• Experiencia con tecnologías de big data para procesamiento de datos
• Extenso y afinado dominio de consultas SQL para transformación y aplicación de reglas de negocio
• Conocimiento en Data Profiling
• Fuerte experiencia en lenguaje Python
• Desarrollo de pipelines de datos resilientes en nubes públicas (Azure o GCP)
• Trabajar con almacenamiento de objetos distribuido en entornos cloud
• Conocimiento de uso de APIs
• Inglés hablado
• Experiencia con Agile/Scrum Framework
• Capacidad para guiar equipos de ingeniería de datos
• Comprensión de requerimientos finales y análisis de soluciones end‑to‑end

Soft Skills

• Comunicación: explicar problemas de ingeniería a socios y compañeros, redactar documentación comprensible y usar eficazmente diversas herramientas
• Trabajo en equipo: integración colaborativa con distintas áreas para resolver desafíos de datos, liderar reuniones inter‑funcionales, dar y recibir feedback

Gestión

• Experiencia previa como líder técnico

Formación

• Ingeniería en computación, licenciatura en informática, matemáticas o afines.

Responsibilities

• Support the vision and be part of the team of engineers to build and support digital products and solutions (DPS) across S&T core priorities
• Collaborate with product managers, Scrum masters and team leads to take user stories and code them with proper development standards
• Support software development strategy utilizing industry standards, create roadmap and timing of implementation based on business requirements and strategy
• Support expanding DPS capabilities through a customer‑obsessed, services‑driven digital solutions platform that leverages data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiences
• Help problem‑solve delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the engineering initiatives to the stakeholders
• Interact with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet strategic needs

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of software development experience, with experience in React Native for iOS
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native frameworks
• Experience working with native iOS modules (Swift, Objective‑C) and bridging React Native with native code
• Strong understanding of iOS app lifecycle, Apple Human Interface Guidelines and App Store deployment processes
• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third‑party SDKs
• Exposure to cloud services and mobile CI/CD pipelines
• Solid grasp of software design principles, patterns and best practices for mobile development
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, service design and operations across the organization
• Demonstrated passion for engineering excellence, education and support
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate a complex, matrixed internal environment
• Ability to collaborate with regional and global partners in other functional units
