Middle Java Full-Stack Developer (React, Aws)

We are building a team around a Middle Java Full-Stack Developer (React, AWS) to expand a global digital travel management platform for enterprise clients.You will deliver scalable Java microservices and ReactJS features on AWS, and reinforce reliability with Spring, REST APIs, testing, monitoring, and alerting—apply todayPlan and implement integrated software solutions using standard engineering practices Resolve complex technical issues through efficient troubleshooting Identify and recommend frameworks along with architectural/code design patterns for scalable solutions Test, debug, and maintain applications using modern development tools and methodologies Conduct and participate in design and code review processes Collaborate with Product teams to refine business requirements into technical implementations Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of objectives Spread technical knowledge to improve development practices across teams Support scalability, resilience, and operational excellence using testing, monitoring, and alerting tools Report project status and progress to stakeholders and leadership Guide team members in building maintainable and testable code Drive continuous improvements to system performance and user experiences 2+ years of experience in full-stack software development Advanced skills in Java backend development with microservices architecture Strong experience using ReactJS to implement responsive, interactive frontend components Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and cloud-based application deployment approaches Understanding of Spring framework, REST APIs development, and system integration techniques Experience working in agile environments while consistently delivering high-quality code Capability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues to maintain robust performance Competency with automated testing and monitoring practices to improve workflows English proficiency at a B1+ level or higher Working knowledge of Go Language and Node.js Awareness of Claude Code
