MLOps Engineer

Position - MLOps Engineer (ML Deployment Focus) |

Location - LATAM (Remote)

We're hiring an MLOps Engineer to own and scale our ML deployment pipelines in the pharma & life sciences space. If you love productionizing models, building rock-solid infrastructure, and making a real impact on healthcare & drug discovery — this one's for you.

🔧 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end ML deployment pipelines
• Deploy PyTorch, scikit-learn & XGBoost models at scale
• Build & maintain CI/CD pipelines and API endpoints for model serving
• Work with Docker, AWS, and IaC tools (Terraform / CloudFormation)
• Drive best practices for secure, scalable ML systems in regulated healthcare environments

✅ What You Need

• Solid MLOps / production ML deployment experience
• Hands-on with AWS, Docker, MLflow / Kubeflow / Airflow
• Strong Python ML ecosystem knowledge (pandas, numpy, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Experience with API development & Infrastructure as Code

Kubernetes • AWS Fargate/Batch/ECR • Experience in pharma / life sciences / bioinformatics / healthcare • AlphaFold / protein modeling / deep learning pipelines
