MPS Engineer

Your Role & Responsibilities

Coordinate the MPS technicians under your responsibility in achieving objectives.

Implement the principles of the MAHLE Production System and close existing gaps against it.

Promote a culture of change in the organization with a focus on continuous improvement

Monitor, record, and improve plant productivity

Plan, execute, and record workshops with the involvement of plant personnel (5S, SMED, Lean tools, etc.)

Attend internal and/or external audits of the department, as well as follow up on non-conformities.

Ensure the implementation of new corporate standards released.

Your Skills & Strenghts

Two years of experience in a similar position.

Degree in engineering, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, etc.

English (level B2)

Knowledge of computer programs (Excel, Word).
