Role: Full Stack .NET Developer (AWS)

Required Skills & Qualifications

Backend & Full Stack Development

5 to 8 years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/.NET 8).
Experience developing scalable full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and data layers.
Strong expertise in SQL, including writing complex queries, scripts, and database interactions.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong understanding of API documentation standards using Swagger/OpenAPI.

AWS & Cloud Technologies

Hands-on experience with AWS application and API development.
Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures.
Experience using AWS CDK for infrastructure provisioning and template consumption.
Knowledge of AWS monitoring and observability tools, including:
Amazon CloudWatch
AWS X-Ray

DevOps & Quality Engineering

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows.
Strong experience with unit testing frameworks such as:
NUnit
xUnit
Experience applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
Ability to maintain code quality standards, test coverage, and API documentation.

Agile & Collaboration

Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
Participation in sprint ceremonies, PI Planning, and iterative delivery practices.
Proven ability to work effectively within remote and globally distributed teams.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Insurance and Claims domain.
Familiarity with the Guidewire platform and implementation projects.
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience contributing to technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
Strong understanding of performance optimization, monitoring, and observability best practices.
