We are looking for a Operations Manager to join the Manufacturing ALS] team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez, City, Mexico Plan 1.
As the Operations Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Fulfillment of the objectives and strategies defined and deployed in the plant policy (Policy Deployment).
Follow up production plans as well as the Group's standard processes; ensure the viability of production plans. Implement action plans in order to improve productivity / functionality and to achieve the objectives of the Group and the program; Make the necessary corrective adjustments.
Act as the official representative of the plant to the customer: satisfy the specifications established with the customer concerning cycle time, supply, quality, quantity and costs; implement preventive and corrective measures on the production process to ensure that customer requirements are properly met; Coordinate with the client's quality team to meet all their standards.
Manage the team of the units: ensure adequate personnel resources, maintain the working environment according to the Group's Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) standards, detect and advise on training needs, share information (transparency), participate in career management initiatives, etc.
What Qualifications You Will Bring
Management of IATF / ISO systems Availability
Knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing system.
Industrial, Mechanical or related Engineering.
Other Skills That We Would Welcome
Knowledge of the production process Problem-solving techniques

Ensure the administration and control of resources, as well as the fulfillment of production plans and customer satisfaction in quality, quantity and time required of the production areas, managing the Production Managers of each area and in dotted line to the managers of the support areas.
