• *Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, based in Mexico.

The Operations

Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring the efficient management of sourcing, production and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities include implementing organizational strategies, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with industry standards and trade agreements, and leading cross-functional teams. The role also involves resource allocation, workflow optimization, process improvements, and developing reports to support strategic decision-making.

• *Qualifications**
• Supply chain, logistics, and sourcing management experience, with knowledge of nearshoring and cross-border operations
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Expertise in vendor assessment, relationship management, and manufacturing optimization
• Ability to navigate trade compliance and familiarity with USMCA agreements
• Problem-solving skills and experience leading process improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis for decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with the apparel and textile industry is highly desirable
