*Key Responsibilities:
Work on PeopleSoft Financials modules and support business processes
Analyze requirements, design solutions, and document system changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Support integrations and system enhancements
Troubleshoot issues and provide proactive solutions
*Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or Accounting/Finance
5+ years of PeopleSoft Financials experience
Hands-on with at least 3 modules: AR, Billing, AP, Cash Management, Contracts, Project Costing, GL
5+ years application team experience (3+ years in Financial Systems)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Client-facing experience with presentation abilities
*Preferred Qualifications:**
Strong systems analysis, design & documentation skills
Expertise in Contracts, Billing, AR, Project Costing
Experience with integration technologies
Exposure to Workday, Salesforce, Concur (SaaS tools)
Self-driven with strong ownership and adaptability
