• Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Cloud Platform Operations Engineer, you will manage the full lifecycle of private cloud operations—from monitoring infrastructure health to troubleshooting complex incidents and ensuring seamless service delivery.

You will work with servers, network devices, virtualization environments, and platform services to maintain optimal system performance.

The role involves creating operational reports, engaging in capacity planning, and implementing proactive improvements to enhance platform stability.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve issues, optimize configurations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This position offers exposure to advanced cloud technologies and the chance to develop deep expertise in enterprise-level cloud operations.

• Key Responsibilities? Manage configuration, monitoring, and routine inspection of data center infrastructure including servers and network switches.
• Perform full operations and maintenance activities for private cloud platforms.
• Troubleshoot cloud platform incidents and provide high-quality technical support.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and implement proactive optimization measures.
• Prepare regular reports outlining system health, resource utilization, and key operational KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent and reliable cloud service delivery.
• Maintain platform security, availability, and operational readiness.
• Required Qualifications & Skills? Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2 years of experience in cloud services or cloud operations.
• Strong English proficiency for daily communication.
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems and administration.
• Experience with scripting languages (Shell, Perl, MySQL, Python) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IDC, networking, storage, and DNS.
• Experience in system or network security is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and architectures.
• Previous experience supporting cloud vendors or overseas projects is an advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to identify operational risks effectively.
• Nice-to-Have Skills?

  Experience with virtualization and container platforms (e.G., VMware, KVM, Docker).

• Hands-on exposure to cloud monitoring or automation tools.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
