AmwayThe Project Manager – Strategic Projects supports the LATAM Strategy team by driving disciplined execution of high-priority initiatives. The role provides structure, rigor, and follow-through to strategic and best-practice projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, tracking, and escalation. Partnering with cross-functional leaders, the Project Manager translates strategy into actionable execution plans and keeps initiatives on track without owning final outcomes.

Translate high-level strategic direction into clear actions, deliverables, and roles for internal teams.
follow-up routines, issue logs, risk registers, and critical-path management.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, track decisions, and escalate roadblocks when needed.
Ensure each project stakeholder clearly understands responsibilities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Analyze pilot learnings, adoption metrics, and execution gaps to generate insights and recommend next steps.
Prepare high-quality documents and decks for Steering Committees, sponsors, and senior leaders.
Break down complex problems into actionable components using problem-solving approaches.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the Strategy team
Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in project management, consulting, strategic planning, transformation PMO, or business analysis,
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Proactive and comfortable managing ambiguity.
Strong relationship-building and influence skills.
High sense of ownership and follow-through.
Results-oriented with strong business judgment
Strong project management discipline (charters, timelines, JIRA logs, KPIs, governance).
Ability to convert strategic direction into structured execution plans.
Excellent communication, synthesis, and storytelling skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and countries.
