Volex de México – Tijuana Site has been a leading company in the region since September 1993, specializing in the manufacturing, assembly, design, and commercialization of electronic circuits, electrical conduction cables, and components for electrical devices, computer equipment, medical diagnostic systems, and other related applications. As part of its growth strategy, the site is expanding its operations to include the production of harnesses and connectors for the automotive industry. This initiative represents a significant opportunity for continued success and growth for the plant and for all members of the Volex team.

The ideal candidate will Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, managing the commercial aspects of the account and ensuring sales performance, profitability, and growth of existing clients.

Core areas of the role include: The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for both the customer and the execution team throughout the project lifecycle. The role acts as the commercial lead, collaborates with internal teams to achieve monthly quoted sales and margin targets, and coordinates the timely delivery of customer requirements. Working closely with Sales, the Program Manager oversees product development and customer onboarding across Engineering, Operations (including the RFQ process), New Business, and Finance, serving as the primary point of contact.

Develop & implement project governance including key project performance metrics and indicators to ensure project management improvements are highly visible. Support GM in achieving revenue goals. Participate in new business calls as appropriate to help develop the value proposition.

Support customer engagements Review/edit/final proofread guidelines, written documentation to client, creative presentations, etc., before they are submitted. Ensure documentation of best practices, case studies and lessons learned on a client engagement.
