Project Engineer
KeedianDescripción del puesto
Keedian (formerly Tutenlabs) is transforming how buildings operate — combining technology implementation, AI-powered optimization, and managed services to help multi-site organizations reduce costs, lower emissions, and shift from reactive maintenance to predictive performance.
Our vision is bold: a future where buildings operate autonomously, allowing our clients to focus on what matters most.
📍 Location Remote — Americas
We prioritize candidates based in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of multi-site smart building deployments across the Americas.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience. You will own project execution end-to-end — ensuring timelines are met, budgets are controlled, risks are mitigated, and stakeholders remain aligned.
If you thrive in structured environments, communicate with clarity, and know how to create order in complex deployments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage detailed project schedules, aligning internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Own project scope, budget tracking, and risk management — escalating early when needed.
Lead recurring status meetings and maintain RAID logs.
Coordinate vendor execution, materials logistics, and installation readiness.
Ensure commissioning requirements and documentation SLAs are consistently met.
Manage change requests and control scope deviations.
Act as the primary communication bridge between customers, field teams, engineering, and leadership.
Drive operational discipline through standardized project governance.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
2–5+ years of project management experience, ideally within field services, building technologies, energy, construction tech, or infrastructure deployments.
Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or multi-stakeholder projects.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Financial acumen — comfortable tracking budgets, validating milestones, and understanding cost impacts.
Advanced English (required). Spanish is highly preferred.
Proven ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-directed and highly accountable in remote environments.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP or CAPM certification.
Engineering background (electrical, mechanical, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with distributed field teams or third-party vendors.
Familiarity with smart building ecosystems, HVAC controls, EMS/BMS platforms, or IoT deployments.
