Project Manager eCommerce

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Project Manager to join our team. This role is essential in leading eCommerce initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring project success through Agile methodologies and robust stakeholder communication.

You will be part of a dynamic, bilingual environment, collaborating with global teams and driving meaningful transformation within digital commerce platforms.

Location: Hybrid 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (first 3 weeks 100% onsite)

Contract Type: Indefinite

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Monthly Salary: $45,000 MXN gross

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years leading or analyzing projects (eCommerce, tech, or consulting preferred).
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
  • Advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with payment gateways and marketplaces (Mercado Pago, PayPal, Walmart, Elektra)
• Languages: Advanced English (B2C1) mandatory for communication with international teams

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement eCommerce projects aligned with business strategy.
• Identify process improvements and new digital business opportunities.
• Manage documentation, contracts, and suppliers related to eCommerce initiatives.
• Oversee key project phases and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Evaluate and test eCommerce solutions and platforms.
• Integrate clients and new companies into the digital ecosystem.
• Apply Agile methodologies for tracking and project efficiency.
• Prepare business cases, roadmaps, and detailed project reports.
