Independent Contractor Role – Mexico

This is an Independent Contractor opportunity for professionals based in Mexico.

We are looking for an Implementation Lead, based in Mexico to provide customer facing technical services in support of Moveworks and ServiceNow EmployeeWorks implementations.

What you will do: 🤖

• Support end-to-end implementation activities across ServiceNow environments, including discovery, configuration, integration, testing, validation, and documentation.
• Participate in executive and technical discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, business processes, and existing ServiceNow workflows.
• Partner with ServiceNow administrators, platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Configure and validate integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, identity platforms, knowledge platforms, chat tools, and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to ServiceNow workflows, APIs, integrations, authentication, data flows, and platform configuration.
• Produce clear technical documentation covering configurations, integration steps, testing outcomes, and implementation decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow delivery, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably across ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Incident, Request, or related workflows.
• Demonstrated experience delivering system integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure, authentication, and integration concepts.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
